Responsible Service of Alcohol (VCGLR)

In order to work in any licensed venue in Victoria, you must hold an RSA certificate accredited by the VCGLR (Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation).  Our RSA course will provide you with a VCGLR RSA Certificate, which is all you need to serve alcohol in any bar, club, restaurant, café in Victoria.

The RSA course covers legal requirements of the sale and service of alcohol, harm minimisation and duty of care, anticipating problems and managing patrons, assess and monitor the levels of intoxication of patrons.  Participants will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute to a safe, enjoyable environment in licensed premises. 


Traffic Management Training

The Traffic Controller training consists of four modules to be completed over four days.

Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety (SITXFSA001)


This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses. It requires the ability to follow predetermined organisational procedures and to identify and control food hazards.

Apply First Aid (HLTAID003)


This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response to a casualty. The unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

Certificate II in Security Operations (CPP20212)


If you always dreamed of working in the Security industry, then our Certificate II in Security Operations provides the perfect starting point, enabling you to obtain a security licence to commence working as a Crowd Controller or Security Officer (Unarmed). 
Employment opportunities within the Security industry are varied and offer wide-ranging opportunities. From working at sporting events through to more traditional security officer roles such as:

  • Shopping Centre security

  • Construction Site 

  • Nightclub security

  • Gaming Venues

Classes are delivered face-to-face and include presentations, practical demonstrations, scenario role plays and group discussions.

Our expert industry trainers provide you with nurturing support throughout our practical, hands on course. The Certificate II in Security Operations is delivered at our Oakleigh and Adelaide training centres.
